Return & Exchange Policy

Kanwal Apparel strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for return and exchange:

We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their product(s) purchased online under the following terms and conditions.

Customers are requested not to accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened.

Customers can exchange articles from Kanwal Apparel one time only within 14 days from the date of order placement within the same category. Products must be in their original condition, unused, with the price label attached along with the invoice. Kanwal Apparel will not accept returns or exchanges where proper care instructions have not been followed.

Size exchanges for footwear are available within 10 days of order delivery for the same product. Please note that exchanges or returns for different items or categories will not be entertained.

We do not offer a cash refund. Instead, a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to e-store customers only. The coupon will be valid for 7 days and redeemable on the e-store only.

If a Kanwal Apparel store is not available in your city, please email us at umer.designs@outlook.com along with your order ID stating the exchange case. If the product is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately at 03088918716 after receiving the parcel.

Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category, depending upon stock availability. All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If the quality control team finds that the article has been used, washed, mishandled, or is not in its original condition, we will not be able to process the return or exchange.

Accessories and discounted (sale) items cannot be exchanged or returned.


Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in exceptional cases. Currently, we do not support refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refund Process:
When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received your refund within this period, please check with your bank, as processing time may vary.

Sale items cannot be refunded.


Shipping

All nationwide shipments will be charged PKR 250.

For return or exchange, customers should courier the product to the following address:

Please mention your order number on the parcel.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Kindly note that Kanwal Apparel will bear all shipping costs only if the product received is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.


Lost Shipping Policy

We keep a track record of all shipments after dispatch until delivery with the help of our courier partners. However, we cannot guarantee shipment delivery.
