Kanwal Apparel strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for return and exchange. We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their product(s) purchased online. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to these return and exchange terms and conditions.

Section 01

Return & Exchange Conditions

Kanwal Apparel allows a one-time exchange for products purchased online under the following strict conditions. Please review all conditions carefully before requesting an exchange.

⚠️ Important: Customers are requested NOT to accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel carefully before accepting it from the courier.

General exchange conditions:

  • Customers can exchange articles from Kanwal Apparel one time only within 14 days from the date of order placement
  • Exchange is only allowed within the same product category — exchanges or returns for different items or categories will not be entertained
  • Products must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The price label must be attached along with the original invoice at the time of return
  • Kanwal Apparel will not accept returns or exchanges where proper care instructions have not been followed
  • All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse by our quality control team
  • If the article has been used, washed, mishandled, or is not in its original condition, we will not be able to process the return or exchange
  • Replacement shall only be entertained depending upon stock availability

Please ensure that the product is securely packed before sending it back to us. Kanwal Apparel is not responsible for products that are damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

How the Exchange Process Works

Follow the simple steps below to initiate an exchange request with Kanwal Apparel. Please ensure you meet all the conditions stated in Section 01 before proceeding.

Courier the product to our address with your order number on the parcel

Once inspected and approved, your exchange item will be dispatched

💡 If a Kanwal Apparel store is not available in your city, please email us at info@kanwalapparel.com along with your Order ID stating the exchange case. If the product is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately at 03088918716 after receiving the parcel.

Section 03

Footwear Size Exchange

We understand that getting the right size for footwear is important, which is why we offer a dedicated size exchange policy for footwear products. Please review the specific terms below.

  • Size exchanges for footwear are available within 10 days of order delivery
  • Exchange is only available for the same product in a different size
  • Exchanges or returns for different footwear items or categories will not be entertained
  • Footwear must be in its original condition — unworn, unscuffed, and in original packaging
  • The original invoice and price tag must accompany the return

⚠️ Please Note: Footwear that shows signs of wear, scuffing on the soles, or any damage will not be accepted for exchange. Please try on footwear on a clean, carpeted surface to check for fit before wearing outdoors.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items and conditions are strictly excluded from our return and exchange policy. Please review this list carefully before making your purchase.

Accessories of any kind cannot be exchanged or returned

Discounted or sale items cannot be exchanged or returned

Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way

Products without original price label or invoice attached

Products where care instructions have not been properly followed

Exchange requests submitted after the 14-day exchange window

Products from a different category than the originally purchased item

Items that have been mishandled or are not in original packaging

Refunds are processed within 2 weeks to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Kanwal Apparel only offers refunds in exceptional cases. Our primary resolution for eligible claims is through product exchange or store coupon. Please read the following refund terms carefully to understand what to expect.

⚠️ Please Note: We do NOT offer cash refunds as a standard policy. Instead, a coupon of the same value will be issued in exceptional cases to e-store customers only. Currently, we do NOT support refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Coupon policy details:

  • A coupon of the same purchase value will be issued in exceptional approved cases
  • The coupon is valid for e-store customers only
  • The coupon will be valid for 7 days from the date of issuance
  • The coupon is redeemable on the Kanwal Apparel e-store only
  • Coupons cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in physical stores
  • Sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances
  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds

Check with your bank or contact our customer service team

If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Charges

Kanwal Apparel strives to offer affordable and reliable shipping across Pakistan. Please review the shipping charges and terms below before placing your order.

📦 Nationwide Shipping Charge: PKR 300 will be charged for all nationwide shipments within Pakistan.

  • All nationwide shipments within Pakistan are charged at a flat rate of PKR 300
  • Shipping costs for return or exchange orders are the responsibility of the customer
  • Kanwal Apparel will bear all shipping costs only if the product received is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete
  • In all other exchange cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service availability in your area

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes during peak seasons.

Return Shipping Address

If your exchange request has been approved, please courier the product to the following address. Make sure to include your order number on the parcel so we can process your exchange quickly and accurately.

💡 We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending back your return or exchange parcel. Kanwal Apparel is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit. Please retain your courier receipt until the exchange is completed.

Section 08

Lost Shipment Policy

Kanwal Apparel maintains a comprehensive track record of all shipments after dispatch until delivery with the help of our trusted courier partners. We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. However, while we do our best to monitor all shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery under all circumstances.

In the rare event that your order has not been received, please follow the steps below:

  • Check your tracking number and shipment status using the courier tracking link provided
  • Allow up to 7 working days from the date of dispatch for delivery within Pakistan
  • If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team immediately
  • Provide your Order ID and tracking number when contacting us for faster resolution
  • Our team will investigate the matter with our courier partner and provide you with an update

⚠️ If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us immediately. Delays in reporting lost shipments may affect our ability to investigate and resolve your case with the courier partner.
