• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched
• Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events
• Kanwal Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events
• For international orders, please allow additional time for customs clearance and local delivery

Typographical Errors & Pricing

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information:

Payment of Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to locations outside Pakistan. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are beyond the control of Kanwal Apparel.

• Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer
• These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority upon delivery
• Kanwal Apparel has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
• Any administration charges imposed by customs authorities are also the responsibility of the customer

Credit/Debit Card Payment Confirmation & Shipping

To ensure the security of your transactions and prevent fraudulent activity, all credit and debit card orders are subject to payment verification and confirmation from the issuing bank before they are processed and shipped.

• Credit/Debit card orders will only be shipped after full payment confirmation from the bank
• Payment confirmation may take up to 14 to 16 working days depending on your bank’s processing time
• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within the standard delivery timeframe
• In the event that payment cannot be verified, your order may be held or canceled
• We will notify you via email or phone if there are any issues with your payment confirmation
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed and shipped immediately after order confirmation (where available)
